“Hola! I graduated from Ramapo College in 2009. I graduated with a major in Spanish聽Language Studies, minor in Latin American Studies, and teacher certification for Spanish聽K-12.聽Just this year, I began my career as a Spanish teacher at Wall High School in Monmouth聽County. I teach Spanish 2 and Spanish 2 Honors with students in grades 9-12.”

“The Spanish program at Ramapo greatly impacted my ability to land this teaching job.聽The size of the program and small classes with individualized attention allowed my聽Spanish speaking ability to grow and develop to the level I am at now.聽The program and聽classes prepared me for success on the Spanish Praxis and OPI which are requirements to聽pass to earn a teaching certificate for Spanish. The immersion like classes in the Spanish聽program were great ways to practice and speak the language when it was not my native聽language at home.”
