What Can I Do With a Spanish Language Studies Degree?

Gain Real-World Experience: Co-Ops and听Internships听

One of the ways that the听Extended Experiential Learning Component required by the Spanish Language Studies program can be fulfilled听is by completing a cooperative education (co-op) or internship. Ramapo’s cooperative education and academic internship programs create educational听partnerships between Ramapo College of New Jersey faculty, students, and employers to combine classroom learning with practical work experience.听

Students who choose to participate in these programs听are matched with听local, state, and national employers through the school, and through assignments to a听variety of special projects and duties that blend academic requirements with company goals, students find themselves earning听credit, and often a salary, while gaining valuable real-world experience. 听听For more information about 听how to become involved with either of these exciting opportunities, please see the Cahill Career Center’s Co-Op听Program and Academic Internships page!
