Research Interest:
My recent scholarship focuses on LGBTQ+ issues.Ìý I’ve examined practices for conducting LGBTQ+ research in international contexts and with multinational collaborations, as well as the implications of open science on LGBTQ+ scholarship. I have also conducted research on gender-based harassment, organizational and campus climate, and social attitudes and health behaviors. Ultimately, I strive to conduct research that informs public policy and addresses social injustices by improving the lives of LGBTQ+ folks, People of Color, women, and other minoritized groups.ÌýMy scholarship has been recognized with theÌýJournal of ManagementÌý2018 Scholarly Impact Award and the 2012 Distinguished Publication Award from the Association for Women in Psychology.
