Ramapo College of New Jersey has been selected as one of the 2023 Great Colleges to Work For\u00ae.\u00a0 Based on the results of an employee engagement survey and other factors, ModernThink identified Ramapo College as a workplace that excels in Compensation & Benefits.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Being recognized for Compensation & Benefits represents employee perception that one is compensated fairly and that benefits are adequate, which both play an important role in employees feeling valued and respected. This recognition category is based on survey items capturing satisfaction with the benefits offered and compensation.<\/p>\n

The Great Colleges to Work For\u00ae program was designed to recognize select colleges across the country that have been successful in creating great workplaces and to further research and understand the factors, dynamics and influences that have the most impact on organizational culture in higher education.<\/p>\n

This year marked the 16th anniversary of the Great Colleges to Work For program, which included 194 colleges from across the country: 121 four-year colleges and 73 two-year colleges. All accredited institutions in the United States with an enrollment of at least 500 were invited to participate, at no cost to them.<\/p>\n
