The mission of ABC is to advance a shared understanding and practice of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice as aligned with the College\u2019s Mission and Values.<\/p>\n

ABC’s goal is to ensure compliance and coordinate leadership for college-wide access, belonging and community practices and to uphold the College\u2019s commitment to foster a sense of belonging in its policies, programs and community of students, faculty and staff.<\/p>\n

The Office of Access, Belonging and Community is also comprised of the MultiCultural Center.<\/p>\n

ABC coordinates with campus stakeholders, including the Student Well-Being Core, the Teaching and Learning Core, the Admissions Department, the Center for Student Success, and the People Operations and Employee Resources Department, to advance Ramapo College\u2019s mission to promote diversity, inclusiveness, sustainability, student engagement, and community involvement.\u00a0 In addition, ABC strives to maintain a campus environment that is free from bias, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment and sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n
