Section 2 contains the policies and procedures that you need to acknowledge (Notification of Receipt of Policies and Procedures Form needs to be signed) that you have read and understand these policies.<\/p>\n<p>Now that you have been hired you can access information and resources for employees of Ramapo College.<\/p>\n<p>Please be advised that before being placed on the College&#8217;s payroll, <em>you will need to provide proof that you are legally authorized to work in the United States<\/em>. You will need to complete a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, (see step 1 below) and provide appropriate documentation. If you are a nonimmigrant who needs sponsorship for an H-1B Visa, or if you have any questions regarding the requirements of the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and immigration service, please contact Ramapo College&#8217;s Office of International Education at (201) 684-7533 as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Please complete Steps 1 and 2 and schedule an appointment with the Office of Employee Services and Records at ext. 7065.\u00a0 After your meeting in the Office of Employee Services and Records you will be able to proceed to Step 3.<\/p>\n<p>All College employees must complete an online application at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schooljobs.com\/careers\/ramapo\">http:\/\/www.schooljobs.com\/careers\/ramapo<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12  grayBox\"><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<h4>Step 1 &#8211;\u00a0<strong>Required\u00a0Forms for\u00a0ALL New PT Hourly\/Coach<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Print and return ALL signed forms to the Employee Records (Room D-119B).
