Charles P. Shotmeyer<\/strong><\/a> Saturday, March 3, 2018 Charles P. Shotmeyer<\/strong><\/p>\n Mr. Shotmeyer started his career with Mobil Oil in Chicago. After establishing himself professionally, he returned home and joined the family business, SHOTMEYER BROTHERS, INC., started by his father and uncle after they had emigrated from Holland in 1925. Under his leadership, Shotmeyer Bros. grew to be the largest Mobil distributor in New Jersey, supplying gasoline, diesel fuel and home heating oil throughout the state. Over the years, Mr. Shotmeyer has directed the growth of the family business from oil and gasoline distribution to real estate development, a quarry operation and most recently, into renewable energy alternatives including solar and biofuels.<\/p>\n Mr. Shotmeyer and his wife, Alexandra, reside in Franklin Lakes. They have six adult children and eleven grandchildren, all of whom live close by. They attend Grace Bible Church in North Haledon. Mr. Shotmeyer\u2019s heart has been with Operation Mobilization (OM), a human aid group, since its founding in Wyckoff over 50 years ago. OM now has programs that feed the hungry, thwart human trafficking and AIDS, and educate the poor in over 110 countries. They have over 200 schools in India alone, serving the country\u2019s poorest and they operate the LOGOS HOPE, a missionary ship bringing the Good News to ports all over the world.<\/p>\n Mr. Shotmeyer has served in leadership positions of many civic and community organizations. He is currently a Trustee of the Valley Hospital Foundation and a Trustee of the Passaic County Law Enforcement Foundation. He has served as Trustee of the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation and as past President of the Motor Fuels Division of the Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey.<\/p>\n Involved in Boy Scouts of America since 1948, Mr. Shotmeyer has served as President of the Northern New Jersey Council BSA which, serves over 40,000 youth in Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Hudson Counties and continues to serve on the Executive Board. Mr. Shotmeyer has served the State of New Jersey as Commissioner of the North Jersey District Water Supply Commission under four Governors and is currently the Commission Chairman. This Commission is the largest provider of drinking water in the State of New Jersey. In his leisure, Mr. Shotmeyer enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore with his family and skiing the Colorado Rockies. He also is an avid reader with interests in history, natural sciences and politics.<\/p>\n Peter Seminara \u201900<\/strong><\/p>\n Before joining The Seminara Group at Morgan Stanley in 2005, Mr. Seminara spent five years working on Morgan Stanley\u2019s fixed income trading desk. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing fixed income sales efforts to more than 1,500 financial advisors nationwide. He developed fixed income investment strategies and recommendations for high net worth individuals as well as small to medium-sized institutional clients of the firm.<\/p>\n He is a member of the Ramapo College Foundation Board of Governors and serves on the Foundation Golf Outing Committee. He is currently a mentor in the Foundation Scholarships Mentorship Program and has helped many Ramapo students find workplace internships. He and his wife have established the Seminara Family Scholarship endowment to support students in the Anisfield School of Business.<\/p>\n Mr. Seminara graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a BA in economics. He currently lives in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, with his wife, Lauren, and their sons, Brian, Jonathan, and Matthew. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golf and traveling.<\/p>\n

Charles P. Shotmeyer grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey with his parents, Henry and Charlotte, and brother, Henk. He is a graduate of the Hun School of Princeton and the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.<\/p>\n
