Shotmeyer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-733 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/dcg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2018\/04\/Charles-P.-Shotmeyer.jpg\" alt=\"Charles P. Shotmeyer\" width=\"235\" height=\"285\" \/>Charles P. Shotmeyer grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey with his parents, Henry and Charlotte, and brother, Henk. He is a graduate of the Hun School of Princeton and the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Shotmeyer started his career with Mobil Oil in Chicago. After establishing himself professionally, he returned home and joined the family business, SHOTMEYER BROTHERS, INC., started by his father and uncle after they had emigrated from Holland in 1925. Under his leadership, Shotmeyer Bros. grew to be the largest Mobil distributor in New Jersey, supplying gasoline, diesel fuel and home heating oil throughout the state. Over the years, Mr. Shotmeyer has directed the growth of the family business from oil and gasoline distribution to real estate development, a quarry operation and most recently, into renewable energy alternatives including solar and biofuels.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Shotmeyer and his wife, Alexandra, reside in Franklin Lakes. They have six adult children and eleven grandchildren, all of whom live close by. They attend Grace Bible Church in North Haledon. Mr. Shotmeyer\u2019s heart has been with Operation Mobilization (OM), a human aid group, since its founding in Wyckoff over 50 years ago. OM now has programs that feed the hungry, thwart human trafficking and AIDS, and educate the poor in over 110 countries. They have over 200 schools in India alone, serving the country\u2019s poorest and they operate the LOGOS HOPE, a missionary ship bringing the Good News to ports all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Shotmeyer has served in leadership positions of many civic and community organizations. He is currently a Trustee of the Valley Hospital Foundation and a Trustee of the Passaic County Law Enforcement Foundation. He has served as Trustee of the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation and as past President of the Motor Fuels Division of the Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>Involved in Boy Scouts of America since 1948, Mr. Shotmeyer has served as President of the Northern New Jersey Council BSA which, serves over 40,000 youth in Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Hudson Counties and continues to serve on the Executive Board. Mr. Shotmeyer has served the State of New Jersey as Commissioner of the North Jersey District Water Supply Commission under four Governors and is currently the Commission Chairman. This Commission is the largest provider of drinking water in the State of New Jersey. In his leisure, Mr. Shotmeyer enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore with his family and skiing the Colorado Rockies. He also is an avid reader with interests in history, natural sciences and politics.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<a id=Seminara><\/a>\n<p><strong>Peter Seminara \u201900<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-732 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/dcg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2018\/04\/Peter-Seminara.jpg\" alt=\"Peter Seminara\" width=\"235\" height=\"285\" \/>Peter Seminara is a Senior Vice President, Private Wealth Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management with 18 years of experience, focusing on developing customized fixed income strategies for high net worth individuals and institutions. He works directly with Morgan Stanley\u2019s fixed income division and various external resources to construct and manage discretionary fixed income portfolios. Mr. Seminara is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER&#x2122; practitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining The Seminara Group at Morgan Stanley in 2005, Mr. Seminara spent five years working on Morgan Stanley\u2019s fixed income trading desk. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing fixed income sales efforts to more than 1,500 financial advisors nationwide. He developed fixed income investment strategies and recommendations for high net worth individuals as well as small to medium-sized institutional clients of the firm.<\/p>\n<p>He is a member of the Ramapo College Foundation Board of Governors and serves on the Foundation Golf Outing Committee. He is currently a mentor in the Foundation Scholarships Mentorship Program and has helped many Ramapo students find workplace internships. He and his wife have established the Seminara Family Scholarship endowment to support students in the Anisfield School of Business.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Seminara graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a BA in economics. He currently lives in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, with his wife, Lauren, and their sons, Brian, Jonathan, and Matthew. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golf and traveling.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<a id=Hasenbalg><\/a>\n<p><strong>Wayne Hasenbalg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-731 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/dcg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2018\/04\/Wayne-Hasenbalg.jpg\" alt=\"Wayne Hasenbalg\" width=\"235\" height=\"285\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As President and CEO of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA), Wayne Hasenbalg was responsible for overseeing the MetLife Sports Complex. In addition, Mr. Hasenbalg oversaw the day-to-day operations of the former New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (NJMC), which serves as the planning and zoning authority for the 30.4-squaremile Meadowlands District. The District consists of portions of 14 municipalities in Bergen and Hudson counties. The former NJMC was consolidated into the NJSEA in February 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2015, Mr. Hasenbalg has provided guidance and support of Ramapo College\u2019s programs at the Meadowlands Environment Center. His stewardship has allowed the College to continue its efforts to educate more than 20,000 K-12 students each year on sustainability and environmental issues in New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Mr. Hasenbalg is Senior Vice President of Sports, Entertainment and External Affairs at the NJSEA. Prior to joining the NJSEA in 2012, Mr. Hasenbalg was Governor Chris Christie\u2019s Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Planning and assisted in the coordination and oversight of Executive Branch activities. Governor Christie also named Mr. Hasenbalg to the State Ethics Commission, on which he currently serves. During the Thomas Kean administration, Mr. Hasenbalg served as Chief of Staff to Attorney General Cary Edwards, and as Assistant to the Governor\u2019s Chief Counsel.<\/p>\n<p>A New Jersey native, Mr. Hasenbalg received his BA in political science from Gettysburg College in 1976. He earned his Master of Public Administration degree from Penn State University in 1978 and was awarded a JD from Seton Hall University Law School in 1984.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<a id=Falvey><\/a>\n<p><strong>Mary R. Falvey \u201982<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-730 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/dcg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2018\/04\/Mary-R.-Falvey.jpg\" alt=\"Mary R. Falvey\" width=\"235\" height=\"285\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Wyndham Worldwide, Mary Falvey leads a wide range of human resources, corporate social responsibility, and operations functions across the global enterprise of over 34,000 associates in nearly 100 countries, including human resources, HR technology platforms, payroll, benefits and recruitment; corporate real estate and facility operations; security; communications; sustainability, diversity, and philanthropy programs; and event management, including the Company\u2019s title sponsorship of the historic PGA TOUR event, the Wyndham Championship.<\/p>\n<p>A human resources professional for more than 25 years, Ms. Falvey cultivates the supportive \u201cCount On Me!\u201d culture at the Company, and the world-class associate development, recognition, and health and wellness initiatives that have earned Wyndham Worldwide numerous national, state, and regional recognitions as a best workplace.<\/p>\n<p>With a focus on \u201ctraveling together for a better world,\u201d Ms. Falvey oversees all corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, which integrate the Company\u2019s associates, businesses and communities in all that it does, with a strategic focus on the environment and sustainability, diversity and inclusion, community support and responsiveness, and human rights and ethics. Prior to the spin-off which created Wyndham Worldwide, Ms. Falvey served in several senior leadership positions at Cendant Corporation, including executive vice president of global human resources for RCI and vice president of human resources for the hotel division. Earlier in her career, she held various human resources positions at Nabisco.<\/p>\n<p>A recognized industry leader in human resources, diversity, mentorship, corporate responsibility, and change management, Ms. Falvey regularly contributes to industry publications and presentations.
