Therefore, if you are preparing for law school while at Ramapo, you are encouraged to pursue any major in which you excel. However, since legal education has become increasingly multidisciplinary, you may wish to take courses in such areas as legal history, public policy, social welfare, and environmental studies to enhance your pre-law preparation.<\/p>\n<p>Ramapo&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/careercenter\/\">Cahill Career Development Center<\/a> offers several programs and services to assist you with planning for a career in law. These programs include law school forums, cooperative education, and service learning opportunities. The Center offers minority support and career counseling services as well.<\/p>\n<p>The College supports the goals of law school-bound students through the Law and Society Club and its chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. Both offer many ways to improve your understanding of law through experiential field trips and guest speakers.
