Call the IT helpdesk x7777 for further assistance.<\/p>\n

  1. Locate the control panel<\/b> on the wall near the screen.<\/li>\n
  2. Power on the system<\/b> by pressing the “On” button on the control panel.<\/li>\n
  3. If using the room\u2019s desktop computer<\/b>, press \u201cPC\u201d on the control panel.<\/li>\n
  4. If using a laptop<\/b>, use the provided HDMI cable to connect the laptop to the panel.
    \nNote: If your laptop does not support HDMI, please visit your dean\u2019s office to inquire about a suitable adapter.<\/p>\n

    1. After connecting the HDMI cable, press “Laptop” on the control panel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Ensure that the device recognizes the room’s audio output<\/b>, labeled\n
        \n
      1. “EPSON PJ (Intel\u00ae Display Audio)” for PC or<\/li>\n
      2. “EPSON PJ (AMD High Definition Audio Device)” for laptop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        This can be confirmed in your device\u2019s audio settings.<\/p>\n

        1. Adjust the volume<\/b> as needed using the up\/down controls on the control panel.<\/li>\n
        2. To switch from laptop to desktop<\/b>, select the “PC” option on the control panel.<\/li>\n
        3. If an input selection menu appears on the screen<\/b>, use the projector remote or the buttons on the projector to select the correct input.<\/li>\n
        4. When finished, power off the system<\/b> by pressing the “Off” button on the control panel.<\/li>\n
        5. \u00a0After use, please neatly wrap the HDMI cable and return it to the designated hook mounted on the wall.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
